Consists of: Very fine angular grains that allow good compaction while also assisting drainage. Sourced from approved silica sand producers this sand is an absolute must for constructing riding arenas, gallops and lunges. Not to be confused with silica sand produced in the clay mining industry which is completely unsuitable for this job but may still be sold as 'Equestrian' by some companies. Our silica sands are washed to remove silts and clays to leave a very clean product. It is recommended that this product is covered quickly to prevent wind erosion. This product is sold as the highest quality silica sand.
