How to measure?
Take a metric tape measure and measure the length, width and depth of the area to be filled. The length and width measurements should be recorded in metres and the depth in millimetres. Now take these figures and enter them into the quantity calculator to reveal the approximate quantity required for your job.
Remember:
1 metre is equivalent to 1000mm or 100cm
1 centimetre is equivalent to 10mm
Screened Topsoil Consists of:
A screened general purpose topsoil sourced from agricultural and horticultural sources. Screening refers to the process of sieving the Topsoil to ensure the product is free from foreign objects leaving a workable product. Our screened topsoil is free from large stones and debris and easily worked. Screened Topsoil benefits from high microbial activity and a good level of nutrients to ensure good establishment of plants and grasses. Suited for all projects where quality is a must. Our Topsoil is of the highest quality and must not to be confused with topsoils sourced from construction projects. Analysed to British Standard BS3882:2007.
