20mm Charcoal Basalt Chippings
Other Name(s): Charcoal Granite Gravel, Charcoal Basalt Gravel
Consists of: A hard volcanic Basalt gravel with very similar properties to Granite. 20mm Charcoal Basalt Chippings are a hard, angular dark coloured aggregate. On first appearance Charcoal Basalt Chippings appears dark grey when dry but soon turns black as the product becomes wet. Charcoal Basalt Chippings are mainly used as a product to create contrast in order to amplify the effect of other features. Charcoal Basalt is particularly effective when used with other shades.
Ideal for: Driveways, footpaths, borders, landscaping.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?
Bulk Bags: Orders of between 1 – 9 Bulk Bags will automatically be delivered using a Rigid Lorry with Tail Lift and Pallet Trolley and can be purchased instantly through our website. Please be aware this method of delivery can only be unloaded on tarmac, concrete or block paving and not gravel or grass under any circumstances (see video here). Larger orders of 10 Bulk Bags or more may be delivered by Rigid Lorry or Articulated Lorry equipped with either a HIAB Crane or Mounted Forklift for unloading depending on access restrictions. Orders of 10 Bulk Bags or more will require a bespoke quote so we can apply any discounts available to you. All quotes will clearly state the delivery method we will use should you wish to proceed with the order. For more information about our delivery vehicles please see our Delivery section. Poly Bags: Orders of between 1 – 9 Pallets (43 x Poly Bags per pallet) will automatically be delivered using a Rigid Lorry with Tail Lift and Pallet Trolley and can be purchased instantly through our website. Please be aware this method of delivery can only be unloaded on tarmac, concrete or block paving and not gravel or grass under any circumstances (see video here). Loose Tonnes / 8 Wheeler Loads: The minimum order for a loose delivery is 10 tonnes. All quantities below 10 tonnes can only be supplied in Bulk Bags or Poly Bags. Orders of 10-20 tonnes will generally be delivered using an 8 Wheeled Tipper Lorry. Orders of 20 tonnes or more may be delivered using an 8 Wheeled Tipper Lorry or an Articulated Tipper Lorry if access permits. Some loose orders require a bespoke quote so we can apply any discounts available to you. All quotes will clearly state the delivery method we will use should you wish to proceed with the order.
