**THIS NOTICE DOES NOT APPLY TO LOOSE DELIVERIES** Hello, you are about to place an order, that's great! Please ensure there is an adequate place for an 18t rigid vehicle to unload using a tail-lift and manually operated pump trolley. This trolley is not powered and is reliant on the drivers strength to operate. The trolley will not travel over grass, gravel or up and down slopes. Therefore you will require a level tarmac, concrete or block paved area to unload on. The lorry does NOT have a HIAB crane and cannot lift over fences and hedges or deposit the bags on gravelled or grassed areas under any circumstances. This vehicle is 10m (L) x 2.8m (W) x 4m (H). It is your responsibility as the customer to satisfy yourself that your location and the access roads leading up to it are suitable for this vehicle to access safely. If there are any issues with access you must inform us immediately on 01234 831108 or failed delivery charges may be incurred. The term delivery guarantees kerbside discharge only although the driver will endeavour to place the delivery in the required place. Please ensure you fully understand the delivery process to avoid failed delivery charges. Failed delivery charges are £70.00 per bulk bag + VAT. We do have other delivery options such as HIAB crane available at an additional fee for consignments of 10 bags/pallets or more.
