How to measure?
Take a metric tape measure and measure the length, width and depth of the area to be filled. The length and width measurements should be recorded in metres and the depth in millimetres. Now take these figures and enter them into the quantity calculator to reveal the approximate quantity required for your job.
Remember:
1 metre is equivalent to 1000mm or 100cm
1 centimetre is equivalent to 10mm
Fill Sand Consists of:
A dry screened sand commonly known as Fill Sand or Cable Sand. Fill Sand is ideal for trench backfill as well as a bedding layer when using membranes or as a blinding layer prior to pouring concrete. This product is not sold in any specific colour and colour will vary depending on the delivery location. This product may contain lumps.
