COVID-19 Statement

Here at Mainland Aggregates Ltd, it's business as usual. Our primary concern is the health and safety of our employees and customers. This is why, where possible staff members are working from home and social contact is being avoided. Following the Government's recent announcements on the current COVID-19 outbreak, we have identified a potential risk in the collection of signatures from customers on receipt of deliveries and collections. With this in mind, it is now not compulsory to provide a signature on receipt of your goods. Instead, the driver will verbally confirm the details of your order for approval by you. There is no need for customers to have any physical contact with the driver or his vehicle as all instructions can be relayed verbally from a safe distance. As a result of this, it is imperative that any issues with your delivery are reported to us immediately on 01234 831108 while the driver is still on site, to ensure we can rectify the problem quickly.  

This statement will be updated as required and any further government guidelines will be adhered to as and when required.
