What To Do With Gabion Baskets?

Gabion baskets have been used all around the world for centuries. Ancient Egyptians used baskets filled with stone to protect the banks of the River Nile whilst, years later, Europeans used similar baskets to make military fortifications.

Today, gabion baskets continue to be used for architectural and infrastructure projects, such as stabilising shorelines and erosion control. But that’s not all. Nowadays, the use of gabion baskets has evolved beyond this and expanded into creative projects that adorn homes, gardens and other spaces.
